Front Office Assistant - Porter (2026) at Merton Hotel
Job summary
A prestigious hotel in the United Kingdom is seeking a Front Office Assistant for the 2026 season. You will create exceptional first and last impressions for guests, assist with luggage and room orientation, and work closely with the Reception and Housekeeping teams. Candidates should have over 2 years of hospitality experience, a friendly attitude, and strong English communication skills. A hospitality qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of the hotel, creating exceptional impressions.
- Assist guests with luggage and room orientation.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- 2+ years’ hospitality experience.
