Qualifications
- RN1/RN2/RN12 or RN Child Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
- Experience in managing a ward and supervising other nurses.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate clinics within the Outpatients Department.
- Support other specialties and manage staffing levels.
- Ensure proper management of staff performance and conduct.
Skills
Good communication skills
