Job Summary
Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time basis at our Busy Bees Gloucester Denmark Road Nursery.
As a Senior Room Manager, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. You may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!
This is a maternity cover contract from August to March.

Responsibilities:
- Be the third in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team
- As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
- Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps
- Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements, guiding and coaching the team
- Most importantly, have fun!
Qualifications:
To apply, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
