Regional Manager - Early Years

North West | £52,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance | Full-Time

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing group of nurseries based across the North West, who are introducing a new Regional Manager role to strengthen and further support their existing regional leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years leader who enjoys supporting Nursery Managers, driving quality, and embedding best practice.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing a portfolio of nurseries, working closely with the senior leadership and regional team to ensure consistently high standards across the group.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting, mentoring and developing Nursery Managers
  • Driving quality, compliance and outcomes in line with EYFS and Ofsted
  • Supporting performance, occupancy and operational improvement
  • Conducting audits, visits and quality reviews across settings
  • Coaching managers through inspections and improvement plans
  • Contributing to strategic growth and continuous improvement
  • Acting as a visible, hands-on leader across the region

This role has been created to add capacity and support, not to replace existing leadership.

About You
  • Has experience in a Regional / Area / Senior Operational role within early years
  • Has previously managed or supported multiple nursery settings
  • Has strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
  • Is confident coaching and developing managers and leadership teams
  • Is supportive, structured and people-focused
  • Holds a relevant early years qualification (Level 3 minimum, Level 5/6 desirable)
