Overview

Lichfield Cathedral School is a flourishing co-educational independent school in Staffordshire for ages 2 to 18. Position

Early Years Educator – immediate start available.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an engaging programme of activities and implement the EYFS framework for children.
  • Work closely with Nursery Manager to care for children throughout the school day, after school and during holidays for 50 weeks per year.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with all children, parents and colleagues alike.
  • Contribute to wider aspects of school life and support all year round Nursery, new holiday provision and forest school areas.
Qualifications
  • Approved level 3 qualification or above.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an early years setting.
  • Level 2 qualification in Maths or willingness to gain within 2 years.
Hours & Flexibility

5 days per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility useful as Nursery develops; opportunity to work with ‘Schools Out’ Holiday club for Reception to Y6 children. Term time only or all year round – preference indicated at application.
