Job summary

A healthcare provider in Chesterfield is seeking a Band 6 Lead Nurse for the Specialist Memory Assessment & Dementia Support Service. The successful candidate will conduct detailed memory assessments and provide compassionate care for individuals with cognitive difficulties.
