A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to ensure high-quality personal care for residents. This role involves managing a team of Care Assistants, supporting clinical duties, and fostering relationships with residents and their families. Candidates should have experience in care, excellent interpersonal skills, and an NVQ3 in care or be working towards it. This full-time position offers a starting salary of up to £14.01 per hour and includes a range of benefits such as healthcare support, annual leave, and more.

Youll help us make health happen by :
Supporting with clinical duties including supporting the nurse to observe issue medication review care plans and accurate record keeping
Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants including responsible for all shift handovers of the teams
