Spire London East Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Pre-operative Assessment RGN to join our team. This is a bank position, working ad hoc shifts, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Spire London East Hospital (formerly Spire Roding) is located in Redbridge, on the borders of East London and Essex. We offer comprehensive private hospital services, ranging from outpatient clinics and physiotherapy to surgery and diagnostic tests in a relaxed, clean and comfortable environment.

Duties and responsibilities

You will take responsibility by making accurate patient observations, completing medical history and giving medication advice. You will be part of a very supportive team delivering a best‑in‑class service, ensuring the health and wellbeing needs of our patients are met in the run up to their operation. You will be trusted and supported to make decisions that are deemed the best for our patients care.

Who we're looking for
  • Be NMC registered – your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions.
  • Pre‑operative assessment nursing experience is essential.
  • General surgical experience is desirable.
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care.
  • Strong communication skills.
