Job summary
A recruitment agency in the United Kingdom seeks a Warehouse Operative and lead Support for a night shift role. Qualifications

- Attention to detail, especially when scanning and sorting.
- Reliability and the ability to work independently during night hours.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Scan products with accuracy.
- Operate the automated machinery after training.
- Support stock flow and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Act as the link between operatives and the supervisor.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams.
- Keep the work area safe, tidy and compliant.
- Learn and operate a forklift once trained.
Skills
Pay: £15.60 per hour (including holiday allowance)
Shift: Midnight to 8am, Monday to Friday
Type: Temp to perm opportunity
This is not a standard warehouse role. You will support the supervisor, help resolve issues on the shop floor, act as a key point of contact between teams and contribute to the smooth running of the night operation. You will also receive forklift training and handle scanning, sorting and system driven tasks.
