Military Training Solutions Architect/Systems Engineer {MoD}

Location: Andover, 1, 2, or 3 days a week.

Salary: up to £76,000 + Car + Private Health + 6-8% Pension + Discounts + Progression + Training.

We are seeking a Military Training Solutions Architect or similar with a military background to design and develop training solutions for the Ministry of Defence during this global crisis.

This role offers the chance to work on challenging and rewarding projects with one of the UK's leading defense organizations, involved in major training and defense initiatives worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing training systems across military clients including the RAF, Navy, Army, and others. The role requires autonomy, creativity, and a strong background in military training and systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical specifications for systems and user requirements.
• Provide expertise on training systems and platforms.
• Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
• Stay updated on new platform and training system developments.

Candidate Profile:

• Ex-Military or similar experience.
• MCTS/CAST/CATT or similar certifications.
• Experience in implementing training solutions and systems.
• Ability to build relationships and work in Andover 1-3 days a week.
