A leading academic institution in Bristol is seeking a Clinical Lecturer in Primary Care Dentistry. This role involves providing clinical supervision and contributing to the teaching and management within the Bristol Dental School. Candidates must hold a BDS or equivalent and be registered with the General Dental Council. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time options and a competitive salary ranging from £39,260 to £73,477 per annum.
This is an exciting time to join Bristol Dental School following its recent move to a brand-new state of the art clinical facility located nearby Temple Meads station. The post holder/s will play a crucial role within the School, specifically contributing to clinical supervision in Restorative Dentistry, along with teaching, assessment and other management duties in accordance with FTE and expectations of the role as set out in the job description.
The role holder/s will provide clinical supervision, and contribute towards clinical teaching, tutorials and wider academic management and organisation of the School.
We are looking for well organised, enthusiastic individuals who have a keen interest in teaching. You will be part of a strong cohesive team of enthusiastic staff. Applicants must be fully registered with the General Dental Council and hold BDS or equivalent.
We have 1.55 FTE of vacancy and are happy to consider full time or part-time/job share. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who can work Thursdays and/or Fridays.
