Milton Keynes
Salary: £31,067-£35,235 FTE
Hours: 35 per week, term time only
Start date: September 2025 - Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Lead small groups, cover lessons, contribute to planning, and support behaviour management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support pupil learning and wellbeing.
  • Work in a well-resourced setting that values collaboration and professional growth.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent (or readiness to start within one year)
  • GCSEs in English & Maths (A*-C / 9-4)
  • Proven experience as a Learning Support or Teaching Assistant
  • Strong understanding of planning, delivering lessons, and managing pupil behaviour
  • Qualified HLTAs (or willingness to complete training)
