We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. Hours and days per week to be negotiated.

Overview

Experience in relevant areas such as chronic disease management, cervical cytology, travel and childhood vaccinations, wound care, ear syringing, and family planning would be advantageous, but training will be offered to the right candidate.

About Us

We are a high-achieving practice based on one site with approximately 10,500 patients, operating personal patient lists.

Our clinical team includes practice nurses, HCA, phlebotomist, clinical pharmacist, pharmacy technicians, first contact practitioners, and mental health workers.

We are part of the Redhill Phoenix PCN and use Emis Web, Docman 10, AccuRx, Lexacom, amongst other packages, and we are on Windows 10.

Job Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include assisting in the care of patients with chronic diseases, offering and carrying out screening, immunization, and health promotion in accordance with Practice Protocols and best practice, and ensuring accurate input of data into patients' computerized medical records.
