As a key member of our SEN team, you will:
Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

1+ years of experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting, either professionally or personally.
Essential qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent).
Proven skills in classroom management, individualised learning support, and professional knowledge of SEN and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role.
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with special needs.
