Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

Are you a passionate and energetic Physical Education Teacher ready to inspire pupils to develop healthy lifestyles and a love of sport?

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join a welcoming school in Bawtry. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and personal development.

As a PE Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering dynamic and inclusive PE lessons across key stages.
  • Encouraging pupils to participate in a range of physical activities and sports.
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development.
  • Contributing to extracurricular sports clubs and school competitions.

To be successful as a PE Teacher, you should:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching PE across Key Stages.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical education.
  • Possess excellent classroom management and motivational skills.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Provide a full, 10-year career history (CV) with any gaps explained.
