We’re seeking a Primary Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded primary school in Loughton. Starting immediately on a full-time basis, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons in the teacher’s absence, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils stay on track with their learning.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher.

Deliver pre-planned lessons confidently across different year groups.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive choices.

Support pupils with their learning, ensuring lessons run smoothly.

Work collaboratively with staff to provide a consistent and engaging experience for pupils.
