Position 1 Recruitment
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior / Intermediate Cladding Designer to join their expanding team in North Greenwich. The role involves producing detailed cladding drawings, preparing site investigation documents, and conducting inspections. Candidates should have a relevant degree and significant cladding design experience. This hybrid position includes both office work and site visits, offering a competitive salary based on experience, alongside various benefits such as annual leave and travel expense reimbursements.
We are expanding our design team and are currently seeking an Intermediate or Senior Cladding Designer to join an established team of three designers. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of façade projects, primarily within the M25.
This is a hybrid position, combining office-based work from a North Greenwich office, remote working, and regular site visits. Projects are predominantly UK-based, with occasional overnight stays required.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent relevant experience
Proven experience specifically in cladding design (Curtain walling-only experience will not be considered)
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, PDF software, and Microsoft Office / Outlook (3D AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Bluebeam are advantageous)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work semi-autonomously from verbal, written, or sketched instructions
Applicants must submit a PDF portfolio of sample cladding drawings. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
