Reports to: Quality Controller / Commercial Director

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inspector to join a busy quality team. The successful candidate will support the Quality and Production departments by carrying out chemical analysis, dimensional inspections, patrol checks, and final inspection of manufactured lead-based parts.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to produce accurate reports for internal and customer use, and flexibility to work both day and late shifts as operational needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection and Reporting

Perform internal chemical analysis of melts, check results against specifications, and generate material certificates.

Carry out dimensional inspections using manual measuring tools (micrometres, digital calipers, protractors, radius gauges, rules, etc.).

Record inspection results, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

Drawing Interpretation

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure production compliance.
