Are you an experienced project manager in the home improvement industry, looking to join a company who provide performance bonuses and opportunities to progress in a growing business?

On offer is the chance to become a vital asset to the business and lead teams to deliver projects in the commercial and residential sectors. You will be the key point of contact between clients, installation teams, suppliers, and internal departments to achieve smooth delivery of projects that meet required deadlines.

This company are a well-established wholesale distributor of windows, doors and entrance opening systems, working directly with manufacturers here in the UK. They provide full project management to commercial and residential clients, from sales to installation and servicing.

This role would suit an experienced project manager in the home improvement or construction industry, looking to enhance their earnings with performance related bonuses and a great benefits package within a well-established business.

The Role:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of window and door installation projects across the Southeast of England
• Plan, schedule, and manage installation teams to meet programme requirements
• Ensure all works meet contractual obligations, industry standards, and buildings regulations such as FENSA and Certass.
• Manage contract documentation, variations, risk assessments, and method statements
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and profitability of each project
• Approve labour hours, supplier invoices, and material orders for projects

The Person:

• Experience in a project management role within the home improvement or construction industry
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (FENSA, Building Regulations)
• Full UK driving licence
