Job Title: Email Marketing Executive Salary: From £25k doe Location: Northampton - Requirement to attend the office weekly Type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months / Hybrid This role is 37.50 hour/week, 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday The Role: Designing customer journeys and appropriate segmentation, planning key messages with relevant supporting teams (Client Engagement, B2B Marketing, Client Relations) you will be one of the key contributors to successful lead conversion and therefore to the growth agenda of Bright Horizons. Your success will be measured by shifts in key conversion metrics. You will equally be championing and advocating customer-centricity and experience management approach across the wider Work+Family and Marketing Teams. Responsible For: On-time delivery of email campaigns across B2B and B2E channels, ensuring deadlines are adhered to Managing the building of emails from templates using email software, selecting segments and scheduling sends Effective use of dynamic content, segmentation, and template libraries Managing the data uploads, creating data segments and testing all emails across brands and deliver quarterly reports to help track the success of campaigns You will understand email deliverability best practice and stay abreast of and recommend digital marketing best practices You will have an understanding on email campaign performance insights, feeding back into improvements (e.g. A/B testing, subject line testing) You will be proficient in excel and able to create reports on request Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand guidelines are met and copy fits with Bright Horizons tone of voice Essential / Qualifications Experience: A relevant degree in digital/marketing or at least one years’ experience in a similar role Able to work collaboratively and under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent written, verbal communication and copywriting skills, creative with an eye for detail Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Microsoft Office package, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Dynamics, Google Analytics Bright Horizons are committed to creating inclusive environments where everyone has a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to contribute and thrive in meaningful and impactful ways.
