Job summary
A leading arts organization in Nottingham seeks a Head of Commercial & Operations to drive revenue and enhance visitor experience. You will create and implement commercial strategies while overseeing building operations and compliance. This role offers a salary between £40,000 and £42,000, dependent on experience, and aims to foster diversity in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing commercial and operational functions.

- Experience in budget oversight and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to maximize revenue.
