Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Co-ordinator based in the working alongside colleagues in Purchasing and Sales to maintain optimal stock levels, place timely orders and ensure materials are delivered to meet customer requirements.

• Compare supplier quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities or alternative suppliers.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare reports/cost analyses.
• Raise purchase orders in line with quotations and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Provide customer quotes and pricing.
• Resolve customer and supplier queries via phone and email.
• Check supplier invoices for accuracy and pass for payment.
• Provide general assistance within the sales office as needed.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Confident, proactive working style and effective time management.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• IT literate with experience in office environments.
• Team player with a customer-focused approach.
• Previous purchasing experience, including import/export procedures.
• Familiarity with Sage 200 software.
• Experience in the garage door/construction industry or dealing with tradespeople
