Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide strategic support for complex employee relations matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience, including a level 6 education, CIPD Level 7 qualification, and proven skills in advising on legislation and best practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are crucial. This role demands an individual who can independently navigate challenges and enhance workforce solutions within a public sector environment.
