A water services company is seeking a Payroll & HR Officer to manage payroll for approximately 150 employees in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have end to end payroll experience and a CIPP Level 3 qualification. Responsibilities include processing payroll and providing HR support. Qualifications

  • Solid end to end payroll experience required.
  • CIPP Level 3 Advanced Payroll Technician Certificate or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience in a generalist HR role desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately processing payroll, salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate employee records.
  • Providing HR generalist support and guidance service.
