About the Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Partner with a focus on Talent Acquisition to work closely with the Head of People. You will bring a marketing edge to attracting high talent and partner with managers across the organization to support strategies for attracting, hiring, and onboarding new employees during a period of change. You will also play a key role in promoting diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclusion through inclusive practices.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Using website and social media to share information about the organization, showcasing work-life balance, events, and employee experiences.
• Partnering with managers to develop recruitment approaches and overseeing candidate care.
• Ensuring job advertisements reflect our culture and inclusivity.
• Supporting new hires post-interview and ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
• Managing the UK visa sponsorship system and tracking visa expiry dates.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with external providers and finance.
• Optimizing job listings to attract qualified candidates aligned with company culture.
• Leading hiring processes across the organization.
• Conducting job evaluations and liaising with external consultants as needed.

Required Skills

Experience with ITrent and in Higher Education is required.
