A leading real estate investment firm in Greater Manchester seeks a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. The role includes processing supplier invoices, managing payment runs, and assisting with year-end audit queries. Candidates should have experience in accounts payable and a degree or relevant certification in Accounting & Finance. The position offers an annual salary plus benefits and study support.
One of the UK’s leading and rapidly expanding real estate investment and asset management businesses has an outstanding opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
This business has successfully devised and implemented an astute investment strategy that has facilitated the acquisition and operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting high performing assets in prime locations across the UK.
As a key member of a large and well-structured finance team, you will play a pivotal processing and making payments including complex transactions to support operational properties and development projects.
The successful candidate will have acquired commercial experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant or Purchase Ledger clerk preferably in the real estate, property or construction sectors.
Ideally you will either have a degree in Accounting & Finance or educated to AAT level 2 or higher with a keen eye for detail and conscientious hard working work ethic.
In addition, you’ll have natural drive and enthusiasm with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
