- Leading the creation of the annual planning cycle and budget, while collaborating closely with senior management throughout the process.
- Taking responsibility for ongoing forecasting activities and supporting business leaders in tracking and managing performance against agreed targets.
- Producing key sensitivity analyses and developing "what-if" scenario modelling.
- Managing, maintaining, and further enhancing the financial model.
- Contributing to the assessment of potential M&A opportunities and assisting with upcoming fundraising efforts.
- Enhancing management information by building and sustaining BI dashboards and reporting tools to deliver faster, clearer, and more accessible financial and operational insights.
- Preparing briefing materials for management and presentations for the Board.
- Providing support across a range of strategic programmes and business initiatives.
