Global Vendor Maintenance presents an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the supplier onboarding experience within our organization. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to design and implement processes that ensure a best-in-class service delivery.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of refining and optimizing our vendor onboarding procedures, leveraging your expertise to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

What you'll do:

• Completion of Mandatory Due Diligence Tasks
• Utilising Ariba to complete key tasks required for vendor compliance review.
• Collaborate with key business, contacts, and compliance to progress vendors in review process.
• Participate in ad hoc activities in line with business requirements.

What you'll bring:

• Proficient in MS Office (strong Excel skills)
• Good problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is desirable
