A charitable organization is seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to deliver maintenance projects and manage housing schemes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in residential maintenance and experience in contract management. This home-based role offers a salary of £50,000 – £55,000 and includes flexible working options and professional development opportunities.
Planned Maintenance Surveyor with the Church of England Pensions Board – London and the South East (Home Based).

Location: Home-based in London and the South East. Travel across England and Wales is required, with some visits to our London office.
