Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance within the department.
  • Oversee the management and registration of assets in IFS.
  • Ensure high service levels and customer care.
  • Produce planning Key Performance Indicators for effective management.
  • Review work packages to ensure adherence to planning principles.

Skills

Facilities management experience in a large industrial environment
Familiarity with SFG20 maintenance specifications
Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Ability to provide information for accreditation

Education

NC in Engineering or Facilities Management
IOSH qualification or equivalent
IWFM Level 4 qualification
