A sustainable logistics startup in Greater London seeks a Senior Transport Manager to oversee operations of its electric eHGV fleet. The role requires a CPC qualification, along with at least 10 years of management experience in transport and logistics. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, lead a high-performance team, and optimize operations to support the company's growth trajectory. As Senior Transport Manager you will own the operation of our purely electric eHGV fleet and drive the Transport Department. You will balance parcel collections with trunking and haulage to maximise revenue, ensure compliance and safety, and support a rapidly changing business. You will lead a high‑performance team to help us reach our ambitious growth trajectory.
