A prominent logistics company in Greater London is seeking a Lead to join its Task Logistics team. The role involves driving operations for the IKEA category across Europe, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a talented team. Taskrabbit is looking for a Lead to join its Task Logistics team. The team is responsible for intervening on at‑risk tasks and then driving them to fulfillment, ensuring a positive and retentive Client/Tasker experience. This role is focused on further enhancing one of our most successful operations programmes that sits at the core of our business, being an instrumental pillar in our growth plans.
In this journey you will be supported by a talented regional and global operations team and implement your ideas with the help of 20+ agents and make a direct difference for a community of thousands of Taskers.
You will play a key role in driving further our most successful operations programme across Europe. You have a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and are excited about solving new and old problems. You are a black belt in getting to the root cause of problems, working interdependently across departments and mapping out the solutions and requirements to all stakeholders. You are inspired by making sure that customers who use Taskrabbit have a great experience and come back many times over. This role reports to the Strategy Operations Senior Manager.
At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks.
The base pay range for this position is £59,000–£85,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
