Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with a clinical interest and experience in musculoskeletal conditions to join the Outpatient MSK service in Lutterworth at Feilding Palmer Hospital.
We offer a well-established in-service training programme and regular supervision within teams and with clinical specialists to develop our workforce.
Our service receives referrals from multiple sources such as GPs, consultants, and self-referrals. We provide telephone/virtual consultations and face-to-face appointments, offering variety and skill development opportunities for our staff.
We encourage growth within teams, supporting career progression, clinical specialist support, and leadership opportunities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate current knowledge and evidence of CPD in MSK management, possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities both clinically and non-clinically.
You should be able to prioritize and manage your caseload, motivate yourself and others, work effectively as part of a team and autonomously, and be proficient in electronic patient records and remote patient management.
Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential. It is essential to have access to suitable transport.
Leicestershire Partnership Trust offers exciting career development opportunities and is moving towards a seven-day working pattern; currently, the service operates Monday to Friday.
