COUNTERBALANCE LICENCE IS A MUST HAVE.

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing operation. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead a team on the floor, keep things running smoothly, and set high standards day to day.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience supervising a team in a warehouse or similar environment
• Valid counterbalance forklift licence
• Comfortable with regular heavy lifting as part of daily work
• Confident using basic IT systems (Word, Excel, Teams or similar)
• Full UK driving licence and your own transport (site not easily accessible by public transport)
