Right Now Group are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery / Logistics Administrator to join our team in a part-time, ongoing temp capacity. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with a background in service delivery, logistics coordination, or administrative operations.

• Coordinate and schedule pickups, collections, and transfers in line with client Service Agreements and SLAs
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries: communicate timelines, update order statuses, and manage acknowledgements
• Liaise with carriers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services
• Identify and resolve logistics issues or delays proactively
• Maintain order data in ERP systems and task tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp)
• Manage freight costs, prepare shipping documentation, and approve related invoices
• Review work orders to ensure clarity and actionable instructions for the operations team
• Generate operational reports and support internal/external business reviews
• Raise purchase orders for suppliers as needed
• Collaborate closely with Client Success and Program Management teams to meet SLAs

3 full days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri - 8 hours/day)
OR
5 shorter days per week (Mon-Fri - 5 hours/day)
Ideally covering the latter part of the day

Hourly Rate: £13.00

• Proven experience in a logistics, service delivery, or administrative support role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable using ERP/order management tools and collaboration software
• Ability to travel to the Slough office regularly (2-3 days per week)

Proactive and problem-solving mindset

• Knowledge of German and/or Dutch languages
• Experience using ClickUp or similar workflow tracking tools
