Area Chef - Peach Pubs

Location : Surrey based

Salary : £16 per hour - plus tips and travel expenses paid

We are on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Area Chef to join us here at Peach Pubs.

This Area Chef role will be supporting Pubs located in Surrey, Oxford, Oxfordshire, Cumnor, Albury, Guildford, Hampshire, Cranleigh, East Horsley, Maidenhead, Berkshire, Witney. You will need to have your own transport as the role will involve travel to these locations. All travel expenses are covered.

The role of an Area Chef is to ensure you support our Executive Chef team where we have Chef Gaps acting as a Support Chef and Area Chef. You could be acting Sous Chef, accountable for all aspects of the kitchen delivering the menu on the busiest services to the Peach Standard with control and accuracy. You could be supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen duties as well as deputising in his absence covering the Sous Chef role.
