We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fitness Coach to join our team in Southport United Kingdom. As a Fitness Coach you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised training and support.

• Conduct individual and group fitness sessions ensuring proper form and technique
• Design and implement tailored fitness programmes for clients with varying needs and abilities
• Deliver MOVE sessions and participate in gym events and challenges
• Lead group training classes and provide general facility customer service
• Support new member sales and retention efforts
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility
• Contribute to the wider teams efforts in promoting secondary products
• Provide nutritional advice and lifestyle recommendations to complement fitness routines
• Monitor and assess clients progress adjusting programmes as necessary
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and research to enhance training methods

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• CIMSPA membership certificate Practitioner Level
• Valid Public Liability Insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience in designing and implementing personalised fitness programmes
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the fitness industry
