Qualifications

• Industry‑recognised qualification in insurance, banking, or financial services required.
• Teaching or assessing qualification (A1 Assessor, CAVA, Level 3 Award in Education and Training) mandatory.
• Experience supporting learners or coaching in a workplace or educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured coaching and mentoring to apprentices in financial services.
• Support learners in understanding industry-specific regulations and customer service standards.
• Monitor progress against apprenticeship standards and provide feedback.

Skills

Industry-recognised qualification in insurance, banking, or financial services

Teaching or assessing qualification
