We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and investment transactions.
- Acting for clients on commercial property transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related legal documents.
- Providing practical, commercial advice to clients.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Managing own caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent client service.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property.
