  • Drive collaboration and cross-selling to support firmwide growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while balancing fee‑earning and wider responsibilities.
  • Meet fee targets, deliver KPIs, and progress client matters efficiently to completion.
  • Monitor market developments to identify opportunities and win quality, profitable new business.
