Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting for clients on commercial property transactions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related legal documents.
  • Providing practical, commercial advice to clients.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
