Family Solicitor - Senior Associate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Family Solicitor to take on a Senior Associate role within a well-established and forward-thinking legal practice based in Warwickshire. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality private family law matters, with the opportunity to shape the direction of the department in a supportive and dynamic environment.
- Location:Warwickshire (Hybrid working available post-induction)
- Hours:Full-time (part time considered)
- Salary:Up to £60k per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and issues relating to children
- Represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism
- Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-focused legal advice
- Meet and exceed fee income targets while maintaining excellent client care standards
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years' PQE in private family law, expertise in divorce and finances
- Strong advocacy skills and confidence in handling your own court work
- Able to manage a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
