The Team:

The Banking & Finance team within this firm is renowned for handling complex, high-profile transactions both domestically and internationally. The team regularly works on cross-border mandates, advising international clients and collaborating with law firms worldwide. The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate with 1+ years PQE to join a highly regarded team in Bristol. As a junior associate, you will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including advising on complex financing transactions and drafting key documents such as credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security paperwork.

You will also play an integral role in high-profile cross-border deals, gaining valuable international experience.

You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, who will provide mentorship and allow you to take on significant responsibility. The firm is committed to fostering the growth of its associates and will support you in building your legal expertise and business development network.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years PQE in Banking & Finance law
• Proven ability to manage a complex and varied workload
