Are you a seasoned contentious probate lawyer ready to lead, grow a team, and make a name for yourself? We’re working on a unique opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm in Sheffield as a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner. With a recent senior departure, there’s a real gap to step into — supported by an established, high-performing team and a forward-thinking leadership group.

There’s the option to bring a trusted legal assistant with you, and for the right person, this role could quickly evolve into a strategic position shaping the future of the firm’s contentious probate offering.

Who we’re looking for
  • Senior Associate or Partner-level contentious probate solicitor
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in contentious probate work
  • Confident handling your own complex caseload and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Ambitious, with the potential (or desire) to bring or grow a following
  • Open to Sheffield or Leeds-based candidates
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary (they’ll pay what it takes for the right person)
