Commercial Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Salisbury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded law firm in Salisbury. The Role:

As part of a collaborative and well-established team, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property acquisitions and disposals for development
• Acting for lenders and pension schemes

You will work closely with a highly experienced Partner, gaining valuable mentorship while also managing your own caseload.

What experience is required:

• 2 - 5 PQE with experience in commercial property transactions
• Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure
