Commercial Property Lawyer – Taunton – 2-5 years PQE
Location: Taunton – Job Type: Full-time – Contract: Permanent – Salary: £50,000 to £80,000
A leading regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its highly regarded team in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Associate with 2-5 years' PQE to work on a varied and high-quality caseload, including commercial leases, development projects, and a growing renewables portfolio.
The role offers a strong platform for career development within a supportive and collaborative environment, with the opportunity to contribute to the firm's strategic growth and business development initiatives.
You will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters and play an active role in client engagement, business development, and mentoring junior colleagues. The team is known for its expertise in both commercial and rural property, and experience in agricultural matters would be an advantage.
