They're now looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2-6 PQE) to join their dynamic team in Bournemouth. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, from restrictive covenants and easements to landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, and property-related insolvency.
You'll work closely with respected litigators known for their commercial insight, while gaining exposure to complex, high-value cases that will stretch and strengthen your expertise.

About You

• 2-6 years' PQE in property litigation (solicitor or CILEX)
• Experience managing your own caseload with confidence
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
