As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding business leaders and founders through the complexities of employment law, while also driving business development and expanding the firm’s client base. You will collaborate with our accountancy hubs and senior leadership, helping to cement Sumer Law’s position as a trusted partner for owner-managed businesses across the UK.

You will provide expert employment law advice in the following areas:

• Director, employment and consultancy agreements
• Staff handbooks
• Offer letters
• Post-termination restrictions
• Workplace disputes
• Advice on TUPE matters
• ACAS negotiations

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for client engagement, eager to help build a thriving legal practice from the ground up.
