Overview

Commercial Property Lawyer

Salary: 70-80,000 (maximum & DOE). 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

We are assisting an expanding practice, who are on the lookout for a new colleague to join their commercial property team. You’ll have a minimum of 6-10 years' PQE and must have strong experience dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing acquisitions and disposals, leases, portfolio and property development – options and site developments, freehold land and buildings, planning, financing, and asset purchase acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years' PQE with strong experience in a wide range of commercial property matters.
• Experience in handling acquisitions and disposals, leases, portfolio and property development, planning, financing, and asset purchases.
• Residential conveyancing exposure is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to create and nurture relationships with key clients at all levels.
• Ability to assist in the implementation of the business plan and participate in marketing of the firm and services.
