A top law firm in the City of London is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its Corporate team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support solicitors and partners while working alongside another paralegal. Responsibilities include providing transactional support, managing documents, preparing due diligence reports, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have prior Corporate Paralegal experience and a genuine interest in corporate law.

Working arrangement: 5 days in office
